Absa Premiership returnees Chippa United have reached an agreement with Orlando Pirates which will see five Bucs players joining the Chilli Boys, Goal reveals.
As previously reported on Goal, midfielders Manti Moholo, Joseph Molangoane, William Twala, defenders Siyabonga Zulu and Bheki Nzunga have long been deemed surplus to requirements at Bucs.
A well placed source at the Parktown-based outfit has now informed Goal that the quintet are set to join the Chilli Boys.
"The club has reached an agreement with Chippa over five players. Moholo and Zulu will join them on loan," a source said to Goal.
"While Twala, Molangoane and Nzunga have been sold outright. More players will be transfer-listed soon," a source told Goal.
"Lastly, coach (Vladimir) Vermezovic has finally submitted his
report to management after the training camp in Mpumalanga. It also
contains his wishlist," a source concluded to Goal.
Goal understands that Bucs are eyeing Mpumalanga Black Aces winger Thabo Qalinge, Ajax Cape Town duo Abbubakar Mobara and Keagan Dolly.
Pirates are also keen admirers of Platinum Stars central defender Tshepo Gumede as well as forward Mogakolodi Ngele.
