Goal can reveal that the federation have undertaken to pay for expenses of new K’Ogalo coach awaiting Bobby Williamson to vacate club house.
Football Kenya Federation has undertaken to pay for accommodation expenses of new Gor Mahia coach Frank Nuttall. This is because new Harambee Stars coach Bobby Williamson is yet to move out of a house allocated to him by Gor Mahia when he joined the club last year.
Williamson is still waiting to be given alternative accommodation by the federation. Gor Mahia chairman Ambrose Rachier says they are putting up Nuttall in a hotel, whose expenses are being paid for by the federation.
"The house Williamson stays in belongs to Gor Mahia and since he has not moved out yet, the federation has agreed to pay hotel bills accumulated by Nuttall until such a time that the situation is sorted out," Rachier told Goal.
Nuttall signed a three month deal with Gor Mahia last week that will cost the club Sh1.8million as he is paid a salary of Sh600, 000 per month.
Nuttall had his first assignment since taking over at K’Ogalo as they succumbed 3-0 to Simba SC of Tanzania in a friendly played in Dar es Saalam.
