Kenya has gone down six places in latest Fifa rankings released on Thursday.
Harambee Stars, who are yet to feature in any international match for past three months, have found themselves dropping to position 123 from 117.
Kenya have moved to camp to prepare for Peace Cup tournament to be held in Rwanda and will also take part in Africa Nations Championships (Chan) Cup qualifier against Ethiopia and 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Congo Brazzaville.
The team started training at the dilapidated Hope Center on Wednesday but had to be moved to City Stadium a day later following complaints from players and members of the technical bench. The national team has not been able to train at their traditional ground - Kasarani which is closed for a private function.
Coach Bobby Williamson has to work with less than half the number of players he called up as the Kenyan Premier League is still in session. Uganda is the best placed team in the region while Rwanda are in second. In Africa, Algeria maintains top position followed by Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Ghana and Senegal.
In terms of the top teams, Belgium have moved up to second, their highest ever position at the expense of Argentina, while France have jumped back into the top 10. Germany retain their position as the top ranked nation in the world, with little movement in the top 20 as none of those countries played in the last month.
